Hi, we are the Revere Wellness Team.  During the pandemic, our team was established to check in on Revere residents to make sure that all of their needs were met and that they were able to access resources.   We have learned that being connected was important not only in a crisis but in our day to day lives as well.  For this reason, The Revere Response Team is creating a neighborhood network, connecting neighbors to neighbors.
